We offer various products for all your needs, including items like branded promotional materials or custom apparel for special occasions. You can work with our PridePromo team for ANY requests outside of Pride Month or LGBTQ+ initiatives.

Is your organization certified?

Yes, were are a certified LGBTBE through the NGLCC. We are also a certified MBE through the Ohio Department of Development.

What are your minimum orders?

Our minimum order for custom apparel is 24 pieces, but there are significant price breaks when ordering in higher quantities. There are restrictions on color and product type for smaller orders which will be discussed with you before you place your order.

Do you accept credit card payments?

We do accept credit card payments at PridePromo. A 3% transaction fee is added for credit card transactions.

What is your traditional payment plan?

For new clients, payment is required at the time of order. Large volume custom orders will require a downpayment upon contract signature. Net 30 is available on a case-by-case basis after initial orders have been placed or PridePromo is included in your procurement portal.
